[Sigh. What I meant was speaking as individuals. So if Louise speaks speak with [hello] and if Will with {hello}. Or better yet make the name Louise{Will} or Will[Louise]](edited)
Also @ionlyplaywarframeyoucanunfriend have you tried playing video games or watching movies with your tulpa or anything? I don't know if it's your type of thing, or if you're talking about passive forcing, but those are usually nice things to do with your tulpa
I don't know much about what life is like with ADHD, but I can see how it would trouble you

Hmm

You could try narrating to your tulpa while doing something, but also have a physical reminder of your tulpa so you don't forget that you were narrating to them if you lose focus?

Like back when I used to passive force Craig, I would get distracted, so my phone background would be of him

And whenever I turned my phone on, I would see him in the background and remember that I was forcing
Small story, but as a kid, family thought I had adhd. Turns out I was just really energetic lol.
However, It made me super interested and I read up on the stuff alot.(edited)
Sometimes when I ask Nathalie a question I usually wait for a response but considering she can't speak yet I try to close my eyes and visualize her responding
That's the best thing to do right?(edited)
You can simply leave space for them to response, as if you are talking to somebody who can't speak (...not that it is particularly different) and are leaving space as if they were to respond.

For instance - "This piece of music is pretty cool, isn't it? _ Yeah, so I think it's pretty cool because ... "
That's precisely why you leave a bit of space after your sentences (and especially questions), perhaps a little bit more than you usually would if you were talking normally.
